Attention all Michigan Express FC members:
In an effort to continually refine our select/premier program, we have put together this survey for your feedback. The information will be used to establish future plans for fields, paid coaching, training, indoor soccer facility utilization and social aspects for the years ahead. This will also help us understand where our organization is today. Also in conjunction with understanding where it is we (the club) are today, we feel it is very important to evaluate those that have the greatest impact on our kids; the coaches. As you know, your team's coach fills a pivotal role in the development of your child as an athlete, and in your team's success.
Please take a few minutes to complete the evaluation form below. We would appreciate your complete and honest remarks. All responses will be kept confidential. You may fill out the form on line and it will be submitted directly to the Michigan Express FC Board (we would prefer this method).
